1. Definitions

3. Eligibility Requirements

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username. You must verify your email address and phone number through the verification process sent to your provided contact information. Accounts with unverified contact information may be subject to restricted functionality or suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You must immediately notify aha4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. aha4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

aha4d complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (bank account statement, card image)
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All submitted documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

aha4d accepts deposits through multiple Indonesian payment methods including local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You may only deposit Funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void transactions and return funds if we detect third-party payment activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• You must have met all wagering requirements for any active bonuses
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name
• You must withdraw to the same method used for deposits where possible
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000; maximum varies by VIP tier and payment method

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours. aha4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus terms override these general Terms where conflicts exist.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All games on aha4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game manipulation, hacking, or use of automated betting software (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on aha4d:

• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play with other users
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches for unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or taking advantage of pricing errors
• Money laundering or using aha4d Services for any illegal activity
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or staff
• Creating multiple accounts or account sharing

7.3 Game Integrity

We reserve the right to void bets and withhold winnings if we detect irregular betting patterns, technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or fraudulent activity. In the event of system malfunction, all affected bets and game rounds will be voided, and stakes returned to player accounts.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, aha4d and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your Account or communications
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in our Services
• Any other matter relating to our Services

aha4d provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of aha4d Services is at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

aha4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We suspect money laundering or criminal activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• Your Account remains dormant (no login or activity) for 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, all active bonuses will be forfeited. Withdrawable balances (non-bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees and charges, provided you have completed KYC verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. We will process your remaining balance withdrawal within 7 business days after account closure, subject to KYC completion and wagering requirement fulfillment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the aha4d platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and game designs, are the property of aha4d or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any portion of our platform without express written permission.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of aha4d Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against aha4d.
